I have been a mentor, a boss, an employee, a colleague, an advisor, teacher, a partner and a parent. And in every role I have assumed, the coach approach to creating space for the possibility of movement and change to unfold has been the most sustaining and satisfying. Using a non-directive coaching framework invites me into your journey for specific time and purpose to ask appropriate questions based on careful observations, to help you make discoveries about yourself, your passions as you create pathways forward.

Individual Coaching

Yep - you and me. This can be face to face (if you live locally) but more likely it will be via phone, FaceTime, Zoom or Skype. Our initial intake consult is 30 minutes whereby we will chat about what you are looking for and how I can be of service to you. After that, individual packages are tailored to meet your specific needs. A pre-coaching consult form will be sent to you to have you assess where you are at currently and where you want to go and will form the basis for our initial consultation.

Group & Team Coaching

It may be time for your group to assess how well they are functioning as a team to achieve their goals and live out their mission and values. I can work with your team as a whole or individual team members to create systems and establish practices that will elevate the ways in which you manage, influence and communicate with one another, exponentially amplifying the work you do and the customers or clients your business serves.
