My Friend Wrote a Book...You Should Buy It
When we journey with someone the things unspoken are often as sacred as what we say, share and make known. They become the threads that weave our hearts together as our stories intertwine. Let me introduce you to someone who has done that for me.
My friend Cynthia Cavanaugh has a deep connection to her faith that frames the ridiculous joy and at times, deep sorrow she has managed to walk, crawl, cry and then stand up and warrior through.
And now she has written part of that journey and the things that have shaped her during those life-altering storms into her new book, Anchored.
I have the privilege of currently reading it before the release day, March 19th and I have been challenged to dig deeper into some of my own thinking when it comes to how I approach the unexpected that sometimes threaten to derail me.
In two weeks her book comes out to the public (YEAH!). I encourage you to buy it, to download it and read it right away, or save it until you feel like the waves may be gaining momentum and you need to reframe your perspective.
She is one of the bravest people I know.
She is one of the most loyal, centered humans I know. Show her some love.
Get her book.
Let her words weave their way into your frayed and fractured heart. They will give you hope.
Anchors away friends.
PS – If you are a Westcoaster, come to the launch party in Lynden, WA (yes party town USA) on March 19th, 2018. She will be reading a segment from Anchored and signing books (and there will be yummy nibbles and swag, of course).
